Thousands Watch Realty411’s Santa Barbara Real Estate Expo on Facebook Live
Viewers from Around the Globe Participated in Our Live Facebook Feed
Santa Barbara, CA – Realty411, the leaders of real estate investment information and education for personal investors and real estate brokers, agents and entrepreneurs, hosted their 7th Annual Santa Barbara Real Estate Investor’s Expo with SB REIA on Saturday attracting nearly 2,000 viewers from around the world through their popular Facebook Live feed.
Held at the Courtyard Marriott Santa Barbara Goleta, 401 Storke Rd., the event united investors from throughout the Central Coast of California as well as out of state. One investor/guest flew in from Indiana to visit Santa Barbara for the first time and to meet investors who may want to learn more about opportunities in his market. Another guest drove five hours one way, from Modesto, California, to learn about FOREX and how he may be able incorporate another income stream into his life.
The event was produced by Realty411 magazine and the Santa Barbara Real Estate Investor’s Association. The annual expos has united many top leaders in the industry in the Central Coast of California for one day. Past speakers have included Chris Clothier, Kathy Fettke, Hector Padilla, Tom Wilson, Tim Herriage, Scott Carson and many others.
This year the event speakers included Randy Hughes, known as “Mr Land Trust” who joined in from Illinois. Hughes spoke about the importance of asset protection and how land trusts can shield investors and their properties for maximum protection. Also visiting from Detroit, Michigan was Justin Ford, from Encore Real Estate Group. Ford was representing iMarkets Live and teaching guests about the trillion-dollar Forex market and how average investors can take advantage from the daily shifts in the economy.
In addition, Kaaren Hall from uDirect IRA Services was on hand to educate guests about the advantages of self directing and IRA to invest in real estate, commodities, and other valuable assets. Patch of Land was available to discuss finance options for investors and many other speakers also touched upon on a variety of topics
Although Realty411 works with some of the top speakers in the country and is hosting events featuring HGTV celebrity rehab star speakers, the media and expo company also frequently open up their events to new speakers and entrepreneurs who are emerging in the industry.
Jeremy Rubin, known as the Friendly Flipper, entertained guests about how he began his journey from being an “introverted homeschool kid” to working at retail and doing real estate part-time to finally being a full-time rehabber.
Rubin is quickly becoming one of the most popular and reconcilable rehabbers in the Central Coast of California and he educated guests on the power of social media and how the online platforms have helped him skyrocket his business. Rounding out the day was a bonus session held by Jason Schubert with EAS Investors on the best kept secret in commercial real estate, the hospitality niche.
